We don't quote blind over text for anything beyond a rough range. A spring job and a full door replacement sound similar on the phone and price nowhere near the same. Give us the make of the opener if you can see it, whether the door is one panel or sectional, and how old the house is if you know it - a lot of homes out here were built between the 1950s and the 2000s, with most stock from the 1980s and 90s, and that era tells us a lot about what hardware we're likely dealing with before we even show up.
What We Actually Do
We repair and replace residential garage doors: torsion and extension springs, cables, rollers, tracks, hinges, panels, and openers. We work on the older single-piece doors still hanging in some of the pre-1980s houses around Lawton, and the standard sectional steel doors that make up most of the newer stock.
If your opener is dying and the door itself is fine, we replace the opener alone. If the door is fine but a spring snapped, we replace the spring, not the door.
Winters here get cold enough that steel contracts, hardware stiffens, and old rollers that were already worn start binding or jumping the track - that's a big share of our cold-weather calls. We check the whole system on every visit, not just the part you called about, because a bad cable often means a matching one is about to go too. What we won't do is sell you a full door when a $200 part fixes the problem, or a new opener when the sensor just needs realigning.

What We Will Not Do
We won't give you a firm price for a spring, cable, or panel job without seeing the door, because torsion spring size, cable length, and panel dimensions vary by door age and manufacturer, and guessing wrong means either overcharging you or showing up without the right part. We also won't sell a full door replacement as the fix for a problem a repair solves, and we won't quote a same-price job for every house in the service area - a door out toward Apache or Fletcher costs more in drive time than one a few blocks from our shop on NW Cache Rd, and that has to be part of an honest number.
We also don't do commercial rolling steel doors or gate systems; if that's what you need, say so up front and we'll tell you plainly whether we're the right call. And if a repair would cost close to what a new door runs, we'll tell you that too, even if it means a smaller job for us.
